Set clear rules

• Publish duration, location or online meeting expectations, and cancellation windows.
• Send meeting links before the appointment when the booking is confirmed.
• Use Dashboard → Shop → Bookings to manage availability and requests.

Cancellations and money

Linker.page does not automatically refund paid bookings. If a paid booking is cancelled, process any refund you owe through Stripe. Unpaid slot holds may simply release the time.

No-shows and late cancels should follow the policy you published. Chargebacks on booking payments follow Chargebacks and payment disputes.
