How your page stays live

The address is public as soon as the page exists

Creating a page, or finishing signup, gives you a live address: linker.page/yourname. A normal bio page does not wait for a Save & publish click.

In the studio, the status line shows Live plus the last time the public page was updated. That clock is the source of truth.

Edits sync after you pause

Change copy, links, order, or theme, then stop for a moment. The studio saves in the background and refreshes what visitors see.

If a save fails, the status turns into an error and you can retry. Visitors keep the last version that saved successfully.

A half-typed URL can show for a second or two. Finish the field, or hide the block until the link is ready.

Incomplete blocks never reach visitors

A Setup badge means the block is missing required content, such as an empty link or an empty gallery. Those blocks stay off the public page even while the page itself is live.

To keep a finished block off the page while you work, turn its visibility off. That hides one block. It does not take the whole site offline.

Take the whole page offline

• Use the crossed-out eye in the studio header to hide the page from visitors.
• While hidden, the public URL is not shown and search engines are told not to index it.
• Your blocks stay in the studio. Use the eye again when you want the address public.

What does not follow this rule

• Campaign pages stay off the public web until you choose to take them live.
• An imported page opens as a review copy first. Opening it in the studio brings it live.
• The shop has its own switch. Products appear on the public page only when the shop is turned on.

SEO title and description live under Settings → Page. They update with the rest of the page; they are not a publish gate.
