How to deliver downloads and access codes, what buyers acknowledge at checkout, and evidence for disputes.

Checkout acknowledgement

Buyers purchasing digital access acknowledge that after delivery (download, link, or code), refunds may be refused where your policy and law allow. Keep that disclosure enabled and accurate.

Fulfill correctly

  • Attach files or delivery instructions to the product before publishing.
  • Confirm the buyer receives email/order-page access after payment.
  • Do not promise lifetime access unless you can honor it.

If a payment is disputed

Export or screenshot delivery timestamps, download events, and messages. Refunds after delivery may not stop a chargeback. See Chargebacks and payment disputes and Refunds and returns.
